Resurfacing Update: August 21, 2025

FY24 Resurfacing (Phase 2)

Lake Dr, Summit to Tanner

• Resurfacing has been completed

Colton Ave, Empire to Emerson

• Resurfacing has been completed

FY25 Resurfacing

G.E. (General Electric) Rd, west of Hershey to Towanda Barnes

Stage 1: (west of Hershey to Airport)

• Site clean-up and removal of the traffic control devices has been completed
• Restoration of a driveway approach has been scheduled

Stage 2: (Airport to Towanda Barnes)

• Site clean-up and removal of the traffic control devices has been completed
• Restoration of a driveway approach has been scheduled

Fort Jesse Rd, Hershey to Kaisner

Stage 1: (Hershey to Airport)

• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been completed
• Installation of the pavement striping has been tentatively scheduled

Stage 2: (Airport to Kaisner)

• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been completed
• Installation of the pavement striping has been tentatively scheduled

Ridgewood Terrace, Main to the cul-de-sac

• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter; driveway approaches) has been completed
• Removal of the asphalt surface (milling) has been completed
• Installation of the asphalt binder course has been completed
• Replacement of the underground utility castings has been completed
• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been completed
• Pavement removal and installation of the concrete cul-de-sac island is in progress

Meadowbrook Subdivision

Conley Circle, McGregor to Meadowbrook

• Removal of the asphalt surface has been completed
• Final adjustment of the underground utility castings is in progress
• Removal and installation of any pavement patches has been scheduled
• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been tentatively scheduled

E. Lafayette St, Doral to the east end

• Removal of the asphalt surface has been completed
• Final adjustment of the underground utility castings is in progress
• Removal and installation of any pavement patches has been scheduled
• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been tentatively scheduled

Magnolia Dr, Lincoln to Lafayette

• Removal of the asphalt surface has been completed
• Final adjustment of the underground utility castings is in progress

• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter; ramps) has been completed
• Removal of the underground utility castings has been completed
• Removal of the asphalt surface has been tentatively scheduled

Prospect Rd, Oakland to Empire

Stage 1: S. Prospect Rd. (Oakland to Washington)

• Removal and replacement of the storm sewer inlets has been completed
• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter; sidewalk; ramps) is in progress

Stage 2: N. Prospect Rd. (Washington to Empire)

• Removal and replacement of the storm sewer inlets is in progress
• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter; sidewalk; ramps) is in progress

E. Washington St, Veterans through Hershey

• The limits and layout of the work zone has been requested
• Installation of project traffic control has been scheduled
• Underground utility locations have been requested
• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter; ramps) has been scheduled for the week of August 18
• Removal and replacement of the storm sewer inlets has been scheduled
• Removal of the underground utility castings has been scheduled
