Blue Sea Capital Welcomes Brian Singer as Principal – Technology and AI

West Palm Beach, FLORIDA - Blue Sea Capital ("Blue Sea") today announced that Brian Singer has joined the firm as Principal - Technology and AI. Brian's addition reflects Blue Sea's continued commitment to making technology and AI an increasingly important and intentional lever in building stronger businesses and creating equity value across its portfolio.

Brian brings extensive technology leadership experience, including senior roles at Amazon and AWS, as well as CTO/CIO roles across numerous private equity-backed healthcare companies. Brian joins the firm's Catalyst team, supporting both Blue Sea's investment team and its portfolio companies, to drive initiatives that create equity value through technology, AI, and his operating experience. His role is not intended to replace the firm's third-party technology partners, but to work actively beside them to identify opportunities and lead execution that improves efficiency, accelerates growth, and builds more valuable companies.

"Technology and AI are becoming a core lever for value creation in healthcare, not just a supporting function," said J.R. Davis, Managing Partner of Blue Sea. "We wanted that expertise residing inside our firm, not just advising from the outside - Brian gives us the ability to act on it directly, across every company in our portfolio."

"Brian's experience leading technology organizations inside portfolio companies gives him real credibility with our executive leadership teams from day one," added Harris Thompson, Partner and Head of Catalyst team at Blue Sea. "We're looking forward to having him with us and to the impact he'll make across our portfolio."
