Maternal health outcomes are shaped not only by clinical care, but also by the structural and financial barriers families face every day. This session focused on the policies, systems and economic challenges that limit access to quality care.

On Aug. 25, the Kansas Health Institute hosted Session 3 of the Region 7 Maternal Health ECHO series. Participants heard from experts and community partners about actionable strategies to reduce barriers, improve care coordination and advance equitable maternal health solutions across Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas.

An event recording of the didactic presentation will be posted soon.
