Logistics Property Company Closes on Land for a New Development in Addison, Illinois

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has closed on a 9.8-acre site at 2349 West Lake Street in Addison, IL. The location offers immediate access to I-355 and IL Route 20, as well as proximity to O'Hare International Airport.

Construction is expected to commence this month. When complete, 2349 West Lake Street will total 140,122 square feet with a 32' clear height, 36 dock positions, and parking for 179 cars. The site is zoned M4, making it ideal for industrial users. Morgan Harbour Construction will serve as the general contractor, Architects Plus Design Studio is the project architect and Jacob & Hefner Associates is the civil engineer.

Logistics Property Company's Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President, Central Region, and Ben Fish, Associate Market Leader, Midwest Region, led the sourcing of the land for development. "We love this area of DuPage near O'Hare," said Martell. "2349 West Lake complements our nearby projects that are currently under construction."

This is LogiPropCo's third land closing in the O'Hare market in the last 12 months, following 390 O'Hare Logistics Park in Schaumburg and 424 Howard Avenue in Des Plaines. The company also recently completed 2700 York Road, located just west of O'Hare in Elk Grove Village.

Sean Henrick, Jason West, and Doug Pilcher of Cushman and Wakefield will serve as the project's leasing representatives. 2349 West Lake Street is expected to deliver in Q1 2027.
