In his address, the Secretary General emphasized that the Tianjin SCO Summit was notable for its effectiveness. The roundtable, attended by ambassadors of SCO member states, observer states, and dialogue partner countries accredited in Tajikistan, as well as by experts and political scientists, featured a substantive exchange of views on the current state and prospects for the Organization's development.
