Begins 15 Days of Marx-ism
DENVER - With Election Day only 22 days away, today the Colorado Democratic Party announced the launch of "Con or Marx-ism?", an online game to remind Colorado voters of just how extreme Republican nominee Victor Marx is and highlight the top "Marx-isms."
On the site, Coloradans can test their knowledge of Marx's bizarre year-long campaign for governor by distinguishing the falsehoods from the facts. Voters will learn more about Marx's MAGA promises, derogatory and shocking comments and unbelievable claims about his life. Every quote is cited and linked, so voters can see every Marx-ism in context for themselves, and see just how reckless and unfit Victor Marx is to lead Colorado.
Day 1 Marx-ism: "I'm Crazy, with a K."
In a right-wing podcast , Marx said he had a history of "fighting anger" and continued boasting about a fight he said he challenged another man to while on hallucinogenic drugs. Marx continued:
"I ain't got no fear, and you will have to kill me. I remember I was on acid too, and he was, he started backpedaling real quick….I said, you're gonna fight Mr. Crazy. I'm crazy with a K, not a C."
Marx faced public outrage about his love of violence and "dark past" of "explosive anger" after the Daily Beast reported on violent incidents with Marx and his wife, and his toddler son - which he confirmed again in a radio interview. National and Colorado Republicans are still in support of Marx, despite wide reporting on his episodes and voters' questioning his fitness for office.
