Small Donor Elections continues to increase participation from everyday Portlanders by matching contributions 10:1 on a contributor's first $25. The benefits of this program have been shown to reduce reliance on large donors, and strengthen accountability between decision makers and constituents.

While we are seeing these changes take place in real time, the program continues to strive towards the goal of continual improvement. This means reducing barriers to participation and ensuring that all Portlander's have the resources and tools necessary to be active participants in the program and by extension, in the broader electoral ecosystem.

Today, the Small Donor Elections updated the Cash Attestation form to include 10 total languages, reflective of many of the commonly spoken languages throughout the city. One small but important step toward increased access for communities who are often left out of participation.

You can find access to all of the forms here: Small Donor Election Codes, Admin Rules, and Program Forms
