Scheduled Server Maintenance June 6
The City of Richardson's IT Department will conduct server maintenance on Saturday, June 6, that will temporarily prevent access to many external online applications. Expect temporary outages from 6 a.m.-Noon.
Impacted online services will include:
- Water utility bill payments and account lookup
- Brush and Bulky Item Collection (BABIC) requests
- Animal Shelter's online inventory of adoptable animals and adoption applications
- The MyRichardson app
- Code enforcement submissions
- Online building inspection permits, inquiries or scheduling
- Health permits and registration
Access to these online services will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance. Anyone who is looking to make a BABIC request or schedule services will need to call the Response Center at 972-744-4111.
Services are expected to return to normal Saturday at noon.
