City of Santa Fe Seeks Applicants for Code Advisory Team for Land Development Code Update

The City of Santa Fe is seeking community members to serve on the Code Advisory Team (CAT) for Phase 2 of the Land Development Code (LDC) update.

The LDC update is a City planning initiative to modernize and streamline the regulations that guide development in Santa Fe. Phase 1, adopted at the end of 2025, addressed errors and conflicts in the code and introduced changes to support affordable housing.

As Phase 2 moves forward, the Code Advisory Team will provide community perspectives and local expertise to help ensure proposed code changes reflect Santa Fe's priorities and needs.

Meeting Commitment

The Code Advisory Team is expected to meet monthly through the end of 2027.
