Tidewater Presents Charity Outing Proceeds to Food Bank of Delaware

DOVER, DEL., November 7, 2025 -- Tidewater Utilities, Inc. (Tidewater), a water service provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Middlesex Water Company, today presented a check for $45,600 to the Food Bank of Delaware the proceeds from Tidewater's 16th Annual Charity Golf Outing held earlier this year at Heritage Shores.

This year's donation marks a new record for the event and brings the overall total raised to $376,400 in support of various non-profit organizations across Delaware since the tournament's inception in 2008.

"Tidewater is honored to support the Food Bank's mission to fight hunger in our community. The $45,600 raised through our charity golf outing is a direct result of the generosity of our sponsors, players, and volunteers; we thank them all for helping make a difference," said Bruce Patrick, President of Tidewater Utilities, Inc.

"We are so grateful to Tidewater Utilities for once again selecting the Food Bank of Delaware as a beneficiary of their annual charity golf tournament," said Food Bank of Delaware President and CEO Cathy Kanefsky.
