BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (May 1, 2026) - Arlington Properties announced today that Heather Gonzalez has joined the company's leadership team as Regional Property Manager, supporting its growing portfolio across the Gulf Coast region.
Gonzalez brings more than 14 years of multifamily industry experience across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. She is known for her strategic, hands-on approach to portfolio oversight, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, financial performance, and team development. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about driving property performance while creating communities that residents are proud to call home.

In her role as Regional Property Manager, Gonzalez will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative performance of multiple communities. She will work closely with on-site teams to ensure alignment with company objectives while implementing strategies that support occupancy, revenue growth, and long-term asset value.
Gonzalez resides on the Gulf Coast of Florida, where she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, two daughters, and fur babies.
