The City is excited to announce the launch of a new, live chat feature on www.Westerville.org. The addition marks a significant step in enhancing customer service experiences for all residents, visitors and businesses through the City's Centralized Customer Service initiative.
This initiative delivers on City Manager Monica Dupee's promise, first made during the 2025 State of the City address in March, to continuously modernize and streamline interactions with the community and will support the City Hall Improvement Project as the City strives to improve efficiency of all services.
Community members can engage in real-time conversations with knowledgeable City staff members during regular business hours. A dedicated team of friendly, knowledgeable staff members are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. to provide personalized, immediate support and answer a wide array of questions ranging from permit requirements to event logistics.
