Short-term lane closure on I-70 EB in Lafayette County for urgent guardrail repair&co…

LAFAYETTE COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing a short-term lane closure on Interstate 70 eastbound between Lafayette County Route H and the Route M/O interchange (approximately mile markers 45 to 41) on Wednesday Oct. 1, from approximately 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., for urgent guardrail device repair work. Drivers should expect delays. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
