Law No. "ՀՕ-4-Ն" "On Making Amendments and Additions to the Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Armenia"

As of January 1, 2026, Law No. "ՀՕ-4-Ն" "On Making Amendments and Additions to the Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Armenia" enters into force.

Pursuant to this law, applications for acquiring or terminating citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, as well as their submission, verification, processing, and the appointment of electronic queues for the submission of original documents, shall be carried out exclusively through the electronic citizenship case management system: mcs-citizenship.am.
