Chasity Pendleton, APRN, Joins CommonSpirit in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (September 24, 2026) - CommonSpirit Health in Kentucky has announced that Chasity Pendleton, APRN, has joined CommonSpirit Medical Group - Primary Care - Beaumont in Lexington. Pendleton is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care.

"My patient care philosophy is to treat every patient as if they are a family or friend," she said. Her extensive educational background includes a post-master's certificate as a family nurse practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She further honed her expertise with a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing, both from the University of Phoenix. Pendleton began her nursing journey at Kentucky State University, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Associate of Science in Nursing. She holds certifications from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

"The most rewarding part of being a provider is developing relationships with my patients and their family and seeing their health improve," she said.

Outside of her professional commitments, Pendleton is passionate about spending quality time with her family. She enjoys the creative outlets of photography and scrapbooking, which allow her to capture and preserve precious memories. Her dedication to well-being extends beyond the clinic, as she actively engages in community health events and outreach programs, illustrating her commitment to the health and betterment of her community.
