LAS VEGAS, NV (September 2, 2026) -Credit One Bank announced its Credit Tip Off Tour today, a free college campus initiative hosted by "Credit Professor" Shaquille O'Neal. The college tour is bringing Real Credit Chats and live DJ Diesel sets to students this fall. Rooted in the brand's four Credit Wrecker tips, the tour educates students on how to build healthy credit habits - and the common credit missteps to avoid - while inviting students to learn from Shaquille's firsthand experiences and advice.

Kicking off on September 14 at Southern Methodist University (SMU)'s Moody Coliseum, the Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour travels to Georgia State University (GSU)'s Student Center East State Ballroom, Fred's Bar near the Louisiana State University (LSU) campus, and Florida Atlantic University (FAU)'s Carole & Barry Kaye Auditorium. Sports creator and host Jenna Bandy will moderate the Real Credit Chat at SMU, The School of Hard Knocks' James Dumoulin will moderate GSU and LSU, and Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia rounds out the tour by moderating the final stop at FAU.

The Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour addresses these common credit mistakes and how to avoid them with their iconic Credit Wreckers, a cast of relatable characters who bring common credit missteps to life in a fun and memorable way. Characters like Miss Payment, Max Out, Cancelina and One Track Jack each represent a different credit behavior to avoid. They help break down topics like on-time payments, credit utilization, credit history and credit mix without making credit education feel intimidating.

Each free event will feature a Real Credit Chat with O'Neal and Credit One Bank CMO Michael Coleman, backed by interactive games and activities with prizes designed to keep college students on their feet. After setting the stage with fun credit edutainment, Shaq caps the night by stepping behind the decks as DJ Diesel for a live set to drop the bass and turn the room into a party.

O'Neal is known by many titles - NBA legend, entrepreneur, philanthropist, analyst and DJ - and his commitment to education runs just as deep. He also knows firsthand that building strong credit is a learning process. After making his own credit mistakes early on, O'Neal learned over time what it takes to build and maintain healthy credit. Now, as a Credit One Bank brand ambassador, he's bringing those lessons directly to students - making his personal experience and passion for education a natural foundation for the Credit Tip Off Tour.

Jenna Bandy will moderate at SMU, Dumoulin will moderate GSU and LSU, and Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia will moderate the final stop at FAU. Each moderator brings a unique perspective on what it means to start from scratch and build toward something bigger. Bandy, a sports host and content creator, has built her platform by bringing fans closer to the world of sports through engaging interviews, commentary and social content. Dumoulin, co-founder of The School of Hard Knocks, has built a following of tens of millions through conversations with successful entrepreneurs about the lessons that shaped their journeys.
