Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 14, 2026, Richard ("Rich") Morrissy notified LFTD Partners Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Morrissy's resignation was due to health concerns that limit his ability to dedicate the time and attention necessary to serve as a director. Mr. Morrissy's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, practices, management, or any matter relating to the Company's business.

The Company thanks Mr. Morrissy for his service and contributions as a member of the Board of Directors and wishes him the best.
