Chinese Consul General in Auckland Chen Shijie Visits Chinese Enterprises & Institutions in Auckland

From February 2 to 4, 2026, Consul General Chen Shijie visited China Cultural Centre in Auckland, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited, China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited, Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited, Air China Airlines Auckland Office, China Southern Airlines Auckland Office, China Forestry Group Corporation New Zealand Company Limited and China Travel Service (N.Z.) Limited.

Consul General Chen held meetings with the leaders and employee representatives, extending his New Year greetings for the Year of the Horse. He required the enterprises and institutions to strictly adhere to safe production practices, operate in accordance with laws and regulations, protect the legitimate rights of their employees, actively fulfill their social responsibilities, and make new contributions to deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and New Zealand.
