TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Alex Kelly to the Florida Defense Support Commission.
Alex Kelly
Kelly currently serves as president of Pensacola State College. Most recently he served as Secretary of FloridaCommerce, and has held leadership roles with the Foundation for Excellence in Education. Previously, Kelly was director of legislative affairs and chief of staff for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and was also the director of legislative affairs for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. Kelly earned his Bachelor of Arts from York College of Pennsylvania and his Master of Arts from the University of Florida.
