(the "Company") received approval from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department to move the listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the Nasdaq Global Market, effective with the open of business on May 13, 2026. The Company's existing ticker symbol, "PVLA," will not be affected by such exchange tier transfer.
