Effective April 20, 2026, sealed documents will no longer be accessible or viewable electronically. E-filers should continue to file sealed documents in CM/ECF, and serve documents according to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Local Bankruptcy Rules, including Local Bankruptcy Rule 9036-1(b)(1). Parties with the right to access a sealed document may request copies by contacting the Clerk's Office at (720) 904-7300.
