Dina E. Conlin Named a Massachusetts ‘Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer’

BOSTON - Dec. 30, 2025 -Dina E. Conlin, co-chair of the Boston Real Estate Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was named a 2025 "Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Conlin and her fellow honorees are featured in the publication's Dec. 29 edition.

"Go To Lawyers" are nominated by their peers and chosen by a panel from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Honorees are selected for demonstrating in-depth knowledge in their field and deep experience with a record of success, according to the publication.

Conlin advises clients in many aspects of commercial real estate transactions, representing sellers and purchasers of commercial property, including in financing and structuring of private equity transactions; land owners and tenants in ground leasing, development projects, and renewable energy projects; and private companies with respect to the real estate aspect of mergers and stock purchases. She also advises clients on zoning and other land use matters. Conlin has wide-ranging experience with projects on public lands, having represented a public agency in the ground leasing and development of lands involving public rights of way and state and federal oversight.
