WHAT: The City of Saint Paul, Right Track, community partners, and youth artists will celebrate the dedication of a new mural in Victoria Park on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 4:15pm. The mural, "Layers of Migration", is a collaborative project led by artist Elissa Cedarleaf Dahl and Saint Paul Right Track youth employment program interns. The event will take place near the picnic shelter and restroom building alongside the new multi-purpose athletic turf field.
WHO: The following individuals will make remarks:

• Nardos Tesfalidet, Right Track Program Supervisor
• Serena Thao, Right Track Job Coach
• Elissa Cedarleaf Dahl, Mural Artist

Thursday, October 8 at 4:15p.m. *Presentation will begin at 4:30pm
The event will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly.

Street parking is available along Adrian Street and Victoria Way. Please arrive before 4:15 p.m. to allow time for parking and walking to the site.
