"I look forward to helping connect local industry with research innovations at Boise State," said Lippincott.
Prior to her work at the University of Idaho, Lippincott served as director of development for Techbridge Girls, a national nonprofit advancing equity-focused STEM education, where she managed a development team working toward a $3.3 million fundraising goal and cultivated corporate partnerships with organizations including Chevron and Micron to advance workforce development and gender equity in STEM fields.
Earlier in her career, Lippincott held fundraising and development leadership roles at Boise State Public Radio and KUOW in Seattle, and served as Membership Director at 91.3 KBCS in Bellevue, increasing major gifts by 60 percent and exceeding fundraising goals by 37 percent.
