Lane at ramp closures scheduled at I-29 & US-169 for various work, May 21-22 & 30-31

CLAY COUNTY - Crews will conduct various lane and ramp closures at the Interstate 29 and U.S. Route 169 interchange from May 21 until May 22 and May 30 until May 31 for various barrier wall, guardrail, and striping work. All work is weather permitting. See traffic modifications below:

Thursday, May 21 at approximately 9 a.m. until Friday, May 22 at approximately 6 a.m.:

  • Right lane closed on I-29 southbound at US-169
  • Ramp closed from I-29 southbound to US-169 northbound

Saturday, May 30 and approximately 4 a.m. until Sunday, May 31 at approximately 10 p.m.:

  • Right lane closed on I-29 southbound at US-169
  • Ramp closed from I-29 southbound to US-169 northbound
  • Right lane closed on US-169 northbound from Vivion Rd. ramp to I-29 northbound ramp.
  • US-169 northbound closed at I-29. Northbound traffic will be routed onto I-29 northbound.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris form the roadway.
