Minister Honors the Closing Ceremony of the Port Training Centre’s Academic Year
The Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Mohamed Saeed, graced the closing ceremony of the academic year at the Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) Port Training Centre.
At this ceremony, the Minister presented the Best Dissertation Award and Best All-Round Award for UNCTAD's Modern Port Management Program.
Additionally, the Minister presented the letter to the student selected for a scholarship at World Maritime University.
In the speech delivered by the Minister at this ceremony, he highlighted the work being done by MPL in building human capacity and congratulated the participants who completed the port training and internship programs.
