Quantum Health Names Dr. Susan Mani as Chief Medical Officer

Physician executive brings decades of experience in value-based care and population health to Quantum Health's clinical leadership team

DUBLIN, OH - September 15, 2026 - Quantum Health, the industry-leading healthcare navigation company, today announced the appointment of Susan Mani, M.D., as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Mani will shape Quantum Health's clinical strategy, working to improve healthcare experiences, results and affordability for members and clients.

"Dr. Mani has spent her career proving that better clinical outcomes and lower costs aren't a trade-off," said Dayne Williams, CEO of Quantum Health. "Her deep expertise in value-based care and population health strategy will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our solutions for employers and members navigating today's increasingly complex healthcare landscape."

Prior to joining Quantum Health, Dr. Mani led population health and value-based care initiatives at Humana and LifeBridge Health, driving measurable improvements in health quality and cost performance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she chaired Maryland's Task Force for Vulnerable Populations, overseeing statewide strategies to support high-risk communities. Throughout her career, Dr. Mani has cultivated partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, from health plans and health systems to community organizations.

"I am honored to join Quantum Health at such an exciting time for healthcare transformation," said Dr. Mani. "For too many people, navigating the healthcare system remains confusing and frustrating. What drew me to Quantum Health is its commitment to putting people at the center of every healthcare decision. I look forward to partnering with this talented team to advance innovative solutions that make healthcare even more connected, compassionate and effective."

Dr. Mani earned her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and completed her Cardiology Fellowship at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital. She began her career as a practicing cardiologist in Danbury, CT, as part of the Western Connecticut Health Network, where she led both the cardiology fellowship program and the Women's Cardiac Program.

Dr. Mani's appointment follows Quantum Health's recent announcement of Jamie Hall's expansion to Chief Commercial Officer and Dr. Daniel Stein's expansion to Chief Strategy Officer, as the company continues to expand its executive leadership team to support the next phase of growth. Her arrival deepens Quantum Health's clinical leadership bench, building on the physician-first navigation model strengthened by its acquisitions of Embold Health and CirrusMD.
