European Union: Tariff Implementation of US-EU Agreement

On July 1, 2026, the EU published Regulation (EU) 2026/1455, which adjusts customs duties and opens tariff rate quotas (TRQs) for imports of certain goods originating in the United States of America. Under this Regulation, 20 new EU TRQs for U.S.-origin agricultural and sea food products took effect that same day. This report provides details on the products that will be able to enter under these TRQs as well as the first-come, first-served quota management system that will apply to them. It also provides guidance for following up on the fill rates for these quotas.
