Employee year-end tax form updates

Year-end tax information (W-2's and 1095-c's) will be mailed or made available electronically no later than Feb. 2, 2026. When Jan. 31 falls on a weekend, the deadline moves to the next business day.

Accessing electronic W-2 and 1095-c forms

Employees can securely access W-2's and 1095-c's electronically through ADP's online system.

The taxes, W-2s and W-4s webpage provides step-by-step information on:

• Registering for an ADP account
• Accessing electronic W-2's and 1095-c's

If an ADP account is not created, W-2's will be mailed to the employee's mailing address.

Form notification

Once employees are registered for paperless delivery, ADP will send an email notification when tax forms are available online.

ADP tips

• The ADP user name is not a Boise State email.
• W-2 statements can be easily accessed on a mobile phone. Visit the ADP Mobile App website for details and how to download the app.
• Once an employee completes ADP registration, they do not need to re-register each year to access their tax statements.
