Pasadena Rental Housing Board Invites Community Feedback on Rental Registry Tools

PASADENA, Calif - The Pasadena Rental Housing Board's Rental Registry Ad Hoc Committee is inviting tenants, landlords, and community members to provide feedback on the Rent Stabilization Department's Rental Registry System and Rental Registry Public Portal.

The primary way to participate is by completing a survey about the user experience of these tools. Community members may complete the survey online at Bit.ly/RentalRegistrySurvey or during one of two upcoming in-person feedback sessions hosted by the Rent Stabilization Department.

These in-person sessions are intended to support community members who would like personalized assistance, have questions about the survey, or prefer to participate in person. Attendees will have an opportunity to share concerns, provide suggestions, and offer feedback on their experience using the Rental Registry, as well as the public-facing Public Portal, which allows users to view property and unit data and check whether units are registered in Pasadena's Rental Registry.

The feedback collected will help inform ongoing efforts to improve the user experience, increase accessibility, and make the rental registration process smoother and more effective for all.

  • Dates: Monday, April 27, 2026, and Monday, May 4, 2026
  • Time: 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
  • Location: Rent Stabilization Department Office, First Floor Conference Room, 199 S. Los Robles Ave.

The Pasadena Rental Housing Board encourages participation from tenants, landlords, and community members who have used the Rental Registry System or Public Portal and want to help shape a more effective and user-friendly experience.
