Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani will be in Cernobbio today to take part in the 52nd Ambrosetti Forum, one of the leading international events for discussion on major economic, geopolitical and strategic issues. At 1.00 p.m., the Minister will speak during the session on 'European challenges in the global context', in a discussion with the President of the Corriere della Sera Foundation, Ferruccio De Bortoli.
The discussion centred on Italy's role in addressing the main challenges on the international stage and the Government's efforts to safeguard national interests and strengthen Italy's presence around the world. Tajani will outline the priorities of Italian foreign policy, ranging from security and the fight against hybrid threats to the growth and competitiveness of the manufacturing sector, with a particular focus on supporting the internationalisation of businesses.
