In 2024, we celebrated the introduction of a new virtual team member: our AI-powered Virtual Assistant, Ali. With the capabilities to assist relocating customers with their policy and benefits in 95 languages, Ali had already answered more than 3,300 questions within three months of launching, covering topics like housing, travel, and expenses as the top categories that were asked.
Ali provides answers instantly, even late at night. In fact, two-thirds of conversations with our virtual AI assistant have occurred in the evening. Because of the accessibility of Ali, relocating employees are able to get the answers they need when they need them. Now, our Consultants can focus on more intricate needs for relocating employees, but are still available if a conversation with Ali escalates or if they'd simply prefer contacting a Consultant directly.
