DLH today announced that National Institutes of Health (NIH)modernization programs and the leaders driving them have been named winners at the 2026 FORUM Disruptive Tech Awards.
The FORUM Disruptive Tech Summit and Awards celebrate boundary-breaking agency programs that are transforming public sector technology, and the industry leaders who are boldly thinking outside the box to build the next great solution.
This year's honored programs are:
The 2026 FORUM Change Agent Award, which honors individuals driving exceptional transformation in the federal IT community, was presented to two DLH leaders:
DLH supports federal health clients with enterprise IT managed services, secure cloud and cybersecurity solutions, AI-driven modernization, and strong governance and program management. Diane Yarnell, President of Health IT at DLH, notes that this recognition goes beyond technology: "Our people come to work every day committed to the belief that your mission is our passion. These awards recognize more than modernization-they reflect what happens when experienced teams bring innovation, discipline, and true partnership to work that genuinely matters."
