Report No.: DOWIG-2026-103
Report Type: Administrative Investigation
Component: Administrative Investigation

What We Did:

We conducted this investigation in response to a reprisal complaint alleging that:

(Subject 1) and [Redacted] discouraged the Complainant from speaking with a sexual assault response coordinator (SARC);

  • Subject 1 withheld the required [Redacted] endorsement for the Complainant's flight school selection board (FSSB) application packet;
  • Subject 1 withheld his signature as company-level endorser for an Army Good Conduct Medal (AGCM); [Redacted]

The Complainant alleged that the reprisal was for reporting sexual harassment and sexual assault to his chain of command, a SARC, and the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (Army CID); and for reporting military whistleblower reprisal to Inspectors General (IGs).
