The individuals nominated set the standard for workplace safety by implementing effective measures, advocating for safety education, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Sarah Cardell received a shining nomination from American Services colleague Amanda Sledge. Cardell's commitment to safety across railroad, environmental, and hazmat operations is evident through her proactive approaches to mitigate risk before incidences occur.

Sledge highlighted Cardell's impact, stating, "[Her] ability to stay calm and take control during high-risk situations-such as emergency response, hazardous material handling, or active rail environments-ensures the safety of both personnel and surrounding operations."
