Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) recently named its 2025 Partners of the Year at Town Hall meetings across several properties.
Throughout the 2025 calendar year, team members were nominated by their peers or supervisors for "Team Member of the Month" recognition for embodying HE&R's Core Values: Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team-Focused and Respectful of Others. Then, at the beginning of the following year, leaders at each property choose the team member who earns the distinction of being named "Partner of the Year."
Congratulations to all nominees from The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, Hersheypark Entertainment Complex and Hershey Country Club, and please join us in celebrating the 2025 Partners of the Year!
Christine's nominator said "Since joining the team, Christine has set the standard for dedication. Whether she's streamlining our ordering or tracking down answers to the toughest questions, she never misses a beat. Her expertise is matched only by her kindness, bringing a smile and a solution to every interaction."
Cain's nominator said, "Devoted, selfless, and team-focused-three things to describe Cain. He always goes above and beyond for our convention guests, blowing them and his fellow team members away. Group contacts are consistently impressed by his diligence and selfless spirit of service. Cain's ability to tackle time-consuming tasks with a respectful attitude makes him a standout member of our team. Congratulations, Cain!"
Kelly's nominator said, "Kelly embodies the spirit of HE&R, advocating for both guests and teammates with unmatched accountability. She actively works to connect to her team both professionally and personally, showing genuine care for their well-being and their families. The full-time team relies on her ability to lead and manage events and are grateful for her trusted leadership and flexibility."
Dwayne's nominator said, "Dwayne led the project of demolishing and rebuilding the staircases on Hole 3 green and Hole 15 tee on the West Course. These staircases were 12 years old and in constant need of repair each year. This job is not a regular task for our team, but Dwayne decided to take on the project, providing a safer and sturdier pathway for our players on the course. Dwayne is a consistently strong contributor within the Turf Management team."
