Gilbert, Ariz. - Whether you're driving through Gilbert's busy streets or walking through our beautiful neighborhoods, the rhythm of daily life is guided by our roads, traffic signals, crosswalks, and stop signs. Behind every safe commute and smooth sidewalk is a dedicated team working to keep our streets well-lit, well-maintained, and accessible for our community.
Gilbert 311 is the Town's non-emergency public service request tool, designed for residents and visitors to easily submit requests for town-related services. The platform provides a two-way communication channel between the requester and Town staff. As Town staff address and resolve each request, the requester receives timely update notifications, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
In 2025, the platform received approximately 25,600 requests. The top three most requested Town services were:

To report suspicious activity, please call the Gilbert Police Department non-emergency line at 480-503-6500 at the time of the occurrence so officers can address the situation promptly. Please note that Gilbert Police does not monitor Gilbert 311 and this site is not monitored 24/7. You can expect to receive a response to your request during our normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
