CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00026669 de 15 de octubre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía UNIVERSAL SWEET INDUSTRIES S.A. cuya oferta pública de la QUINTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2021-0004042 del 10 de mayo de 2021 por el monto de hasta U$12'000.000,00 amparada por General, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
