Travis Kelce loves Taylor Swift for all her quirks, no matter how "strange."
The "Patient Zero" singer explained how her husband has to "put up with" the "strange" habits she has with high school best friend Abigail Anderson Berard in a new conversation with Toy Story 5 director Andrew Stanton, per E! News. In the videos shared online, Swift explained how the friendships in the film hit home with how she found her "weird" match in Berard and especially why the story of Bonnie and Blaze "resonated with [her] so much."
"Finding someone who's the same genre of weird and silly as you are," she said, adding, "When I moved to Nashville when I was 14, you're the new kid in school, you're like, 'Who should I be friends with?'"
That's when she met Abigail and the two bonded over the shared love of speaking like Jon Heder's titular character in the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite, a habit that has lasted through the years.
"The two of us, all we wanted to do was talk in Napoleon Dynamite voices," she said. "And we still do this. And it's something our husbands have to put up with."
She continued, "When you find that person who just sees you for that strange little genre that is you at your purest, that hit me so hard watching the film."
Swift, who married Kelce in a star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden in July, has her own connection to Toy Story 5, writing and recording the original song "I Knew It, I Knew You" in the latest installment of the beloved animated franchise.
