Baker McKenzie has advised Robotphoenix Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Robotphoenix) on its global offering and successful listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The global offering raised approximately HKD 750 million (approximately USD 96 million). The offer price was set at HKD 30.50 per share. A total of 24.6 million H Shares were on offer. The shares were oversubscribed by 14,891 times, making it the most oversubscribed Hong Kong IPO in nearly 15 years. The stock code is 6871.
Robotphoenix is a leading industrial robotics company in China, focused on the design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of industrial robots and integrated robotics solutions for light industry applications. It was ranked fourth among domestic light industrial robot and solutions providers in China's market in terms of related revenue in 2025.
The deal team, comprising lawyers from Baker McKenzie and FenXun*, was led by Dan Ouyang, partner and co-chair of Baker McKenzie's Asia Pacific and China Capital Markets practices and Winfield Lau, Baker McKenzie partner, alongside Ronnie Li from FenXun's International Capital Markets Practice. Other team members included Haoqian Chen, Robin Liu, Layla Du, Aileen Xu, Yude Shen, Leyi Yan, Elsbeth Zhu and Helen Zhang.
