RFP - Invitation to Bid - Construction Services
Maier Building Parking Lot & Harriman Street Frontage

Deschutes County is requesting bids for construction services for frontage improvements and improvements to parking facilities shared by the Maier Services Building and Community Development Building. Improvements will take place on private property and in the public right-of-way and will include, but are not limited to, construction of sidewalks and curbs, a driveway apron, asphalt paving and striping,
stormwater infrastructure, and landscaping.

This Invitation to Bid, specifications and other bid documents may be inspected and obtained from the Deschutes County Bids and RFPs website at Deschutes.org/rfps. Future notices regarding this solicitation, including solicitation addendum/a, will be posted to the same website. Inquiries pertaining to these specifications shall be directed to Eric Nielsen, Capital Improvement Manager, in writing at [email protected].

Deschutes County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause or no cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Deschutes County is not responsible for any costs of any bidders incurred while submitting bids; all bidders who respond to solicitations do so solely at their own expense.
