Mark S. Heinzelmann, partner in Lowenstein Sandler's Environmental Law & Litigation practice, has been elected as an Associate Member representative on the Board of Trustees of the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ) for the 2026-2028 term.
Heinzelmann counsels business clients on environmental regulatory issues, dispute resolution, and federal and state court litigation. He routinely provides counsel on environmental issues in the context of corporate transactions; he also litigates matters arising from such issues, including in trials and appeals.
The CCNJ is the advocate and voice in New Jersey for the business of chemistry and member companies, all of whom are committed to a better quality of life through science. The organization represents the interests of more than 50 New Jersey manufacturers and 45 firms in the business of chemistry before the New Jersey Legislature, Executive Branch, and state agencies.
