Faraday Future Supports AIxC’s Full Strategic Pivot to Physical AI and Robot-Sharing and Rental Operations; RoboShare Completes Its First Paid Commercial Order, With an Initial[...]

• As AIxC's majority and controlling shareholder, FF supports AIxC's orderly exit from its digital asset treasury strategy and its full focus on robot sharing and rental, operations, and commercialization. FFAI and AIxC intend to establish a stronger synergistic relationship and ecosystem flywheel.

• AIxC's robot-sharing and rental platform, RoboShare (https://roboshare.com/), has completed its first paid commercial order. An initial fleet of more than 80 robots, including units sourced through FF users and customers and AIxC's own user base, have been onboarded to RoboShare's initial supply pool and are available for commercial deployment. RoboShare has also officially launched its "Ten-City Strategy," beginning in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles, CA (August 18, 2026) - Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) ("Faraday Future," "FF," or the "Company"), a California-based global Embodied AI (EAI) ecosystem company, today announced its support for an orderly exit by AIxC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIXC) ("AIxC"), of which FF is the majority and controlling shareholder, from its digital asset treasury strategy. AIxC intends to focus on Physical AI and robot sharing and rental, operations, and commercialization.

The two companies will establish a closer relationship based on dual empowerment. Through its "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem, full-form FF EAI Robot World, FF EAI technology platform, and continued efforts to accelerate "Built in USA," FFAI will provide AIxC with strategic, product, technology, business, and capital-market support.

RoboShare, AIxC's robot-sharing and rental platform, aims to build an "Uber + Turo" model for robotics-a robot-sharing network and operating platform that gives robots a second life cycle and shared value. The platform seeks to transform robots from products sold through one-time hardware transactions into a new type of productive asset capable of generating sustainable revenue, while further driving sales.

RoboShare Completes Its First Paid Order and Officially Enters Commercial Operations

On August 15, 2026, RoboShare completed its first paid commercial order, marking the platform's transition from development and launch into commercial operations and initial revenue generation. The platform began the first market activation under its planned Ten-City Strategy, starting in Los Angeles.

RoboShare's first commercial project is expected to be deployed at an event in Malibu, California, and will include six robots across three categories: one FF Master humanoid robot, four Aegis Pro quadruped robots, and one compact Navi quadruped robot. RoboShare will also provide customized performance production and content design services for the project, offering an initial validation of its ability to combine multiple robot form factors, execute scenario-based operations, and monetize services.

RoboShare's first customer is DU$TY, also known as Dusty the Rapper. He is a Los Angeles-based artist, rapper, comedian, and content creator whose verified Instagram account has more than 7.1 million followers. He is also active on platforms including TikTok and YouTube. The parties may explore additional cooperation across music, comedy, content production, and live events, potentially creating recurring demand for robot deployments.

RoboShare's initial fleet of robot products is now in place, establishing the foundation needed to begin commercial operations, expand the platform's product offerings, and develop the market.

FFAI to Provide AIxC With Comprehensive Strategic, Product, Technology, Financial, and Capital Support

From a strategic perspective, FFAI's "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" Ecosystem Strategy and its continued efforts to accelerate "Built in USA" will provide strategic, compliance, and industry ecosystem support as AIxC focuses on robot sharing and rental, operating services, and commercialization.

From a product and ecosystem perspective, FFAI intends to provide AIxC with systematic support spanning robot products and operating solutions through the EAI Brain, EAI Device, Industry Productivity Solutions, and the Developer Platform, and EAI Data Factory.

The six product series within the full-form FF EAI Robot World cover multiple robot form factors, including humanoid robots, mobile manipulators, and quadruped robots. This portfolio can support RoboShare's gradual expansion across education, industry, security and inspection, performance and entertainment, and other established markets. The deployment of FF Master, Aegis Pro, and Navi in the platform's first order also provides an initial demonstration of how multiple robot form factors can jointly serve a single project.

From a technology perspective, FFAI will support RoboShare's operations through capabilities including its self-developed EAI Brain, VLA + World Model, Skills and Agent system, open-source and open developer platform, and EAI Data Factory.

From a business and financial perspective, FFAI's product portfolio and ecosystem capabilities may help RoboShare expand its supply of available robots, lower barriers to customer adoption, and explore revenue models including rentals, services, rent-to-own programs, and customized operations. These efforts are intended to help AIxC gradually establish a sustainable business model centered on transaction and service revenue.

From a capital-market perspective, as AIxC's majority and controlling shareholder, FFAI intends to support AIxC in improving its operating fundamentals and unlocking the potential capital value associated with Physical AI and commercial robotics operations.

RoboShare to Support FFAI's Sales, Revenue Growth, and Product and Technology Iteration

Sales: Through robot-sharing rentals and scenario-based experiences, RoboShare can help convert more users into prospective purchasers, creating new opportunities for FFAI's robot sales and deployments, as well as ecosystem revenue from software, Skills, and industry services.

Financial performance: As robot utilization and recurring service revenue increase, RoboShare may further enhance the lifetime value of each robot and strengthen FFAI's potential to generate recurring revenue and improve operating cash flow.

Product iteration and data accumulation: Subject to customer consent, applicable data-rights arrangements, privacy requirements, and applicable law, RoboShare's real-world operating scenarios may continuously generate customer feedback and compliant operating data that can feed back into the EAI Data Factory, EAI Brain training, robot-device iteration, and upgrades to Industry Productivity Solutions. This may accelerate the "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem evolution flywheel of "device deployment-scenario operations-data accumulation-product evolution-more deployments."

Capital value unleashing: Growth in AIxC's business and value may also increase the potential value of FFAI's equity interest. RoboShare's future paid transactions, equipment utilization rates, and scaled operating results may provide additional quantifiable validation of FFAI's robotics commercialization capabilities and help unlock its potential capital value.

"We support AIxC in further sharpening its focus on Physical AI and commercial robotics operations," said YT Jia, Founder and Global CEO of FF. "Together, we will create a dual flywheel in which products and technology empower operations, while operations feed back into sales and evolution. Our shared goal is to transform robots from products sold through one-time hardware transactions into productive assets capable of continuously creating value."

During the next phase, RoboShare plans to focus on validating recurring customer demand, robot utilization, and its operating model. It intends to expand the platform's product categories, customer base, and ecosystem partnerships while using Los Angeles as the starting point to develop a replicable operating model for the phased rollout of its Ten-City Strategy. FFAI also intends continue to support AIxC's robot-sharing and commercialization operations through its "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem and continued efforts to accelerate "Built in USA."
