We're more than doubling our London office capacity with a new 33,160 sq ft headquarters, supporting our next phase of growth in the UK and Europe.
Zilch will move to a new London headquarters as we continue to scale the business and invest in our future growth.
Our new home will occupy the top two floors of 40 Grosvenor Place (just around the corner from our current HQ in Victoria). The 33,160 sq ft space will more than double our current London office capacity and can accommodate more than 400 employees.
We expect to move in spring 2027, making a £77 million commitment over the next 10 years as we expand our operations and plan to create more jobs in the UK.
The move from our current base at 111 Buckingham Palace Road gives us the space to grow our team, attract exceptional talent, and build the infrastructure to support our growth ambitions in the UK and Europe.
City Minister Rt Hon Lucy Rigby KC MP said:
"This is a major milestone for Zilch and it's brilliant to see their continued success. The UK is a fintech powerhouse and I'm committed to backing the sector to thrive and grow."
Philip Belamant, Co-Founder and CEO of Zilch, said:
"It has been a transformational year for the business with a number of significant milestones, and our customers moving beyond £8 billion of spend across every region in the UK. As we continue to expand rapidly, our new headquarters reflect the scale of our ambition and the momentum behind our growth. This is an important investment in Zilch's future, giving our team an incredible base to attract exceptional talent at home and beyond. We are proud to be investing further in the UK as we enter the next phase of growth."
