Mayor highlights ‘Better way to Give’ campaign on “The Insider”

Mayor Shane McFarland joins "The Insider," the City's official podcast, to discuss Murfreesboro's new "Better Way to Give" initiative. The City launched the campaign in August to encourage residents to support local charities that provide sustainable aid to the unhoused.

"They're the boots on the ground," said Mayor Shane McFarland. "Instead of giving money to someone on the side of the road, we want to promote that there's a 'Better way to Give' to support these organizations who are making sure that the services are being provided."
