INTERNATIONAL FALLS, Minn. - Voyageurs National Park staff invite individuals and organizations interested in offering concession services at the park to attend a pre-solicitation site visit of the grounds and facilities, Monday, Sept. 29 at Kettle Falls.

Interested parties must register by emailing Voyageurs Commercial Services by 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. A maximum of two people may register per organization.

Seating on the park's tour boat is limited to the first 29 registrants. Additional people may attend if securing their own transportation. A list of approved water taxi businesses is available at Water Taxis - Voyageurs National Park.

The National Park Service anticipates releasing a 2026 prospectus for a concession business opportunity to provide lodging, retail, food and beverage, guest transportation, marina services, and mechanical boat portage services within Voyageurs National Park.

The prospectus is expected to describe the business opportunity, plus the terms and conditions of the concessions contract. Attendance at the site visit is not required to submit a proposal. Typically, the National Park Service holds site visits after the release of the prospectus; however, NPS will not host an additional, post-release site visit because of winter weather conditions at the park.
