Border Bank Announces Building Renovation to Enhance Efficiency and Customer Experience

Thief River Falls, MN - Border Bank is proud to announce a comprehensive renovation of its branch in Thief River Falls, aimed at modernizing both the interior and exterior while improving operational efficiency. The project, which does not expand the building's footprint, has been carefully designed to make better use of existing space and elevate the experience for customers and employees alike.

Renovations will be carried out in three strategic phases to ensure the branch remains open and fully operational throughout:

• Phase 1 (November 2025): Renovation of half of the interior begins
• Phase 2 (April 2026): Renovation of the remaining interior space begins
• Phase 3 (September 2026): Exterior renovation begins
• Completion anticipated December 2026
