Valley Students Shine in the 2026 Healthy Air Living Kids' Calendar

In its 29th year, this free calendar features vibrant artwork created by Valley students.

Local media are invited to join the Valley Air District in celebrating the creativity of 14 student artists from across the San Joaquin Valley. Their artwork is featured in the 2026 edition of the Healthy Air Living Kids' Calendar, and the students will be recognized during the Governing Board meetingThursday, December 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in all District offices.<_o3a_p>

The District's annual calendar is a bilingual, full-color wall calendar, featuring clean-air messages and drawings, and designed to educate and inspire the public to live a Healthy Air Life and reduce air pollution in the Valley. The District is proud to celebrate the following talented kids featured in the calendar: <_o3a_p>

  • Natalia Owens, 12th grade, Stockton - Cover artist "Let's Keep Our Air Clean"<_o3a_p>
  • Addison Shields, 4th grade, Visalia - "Let's zip up pollution together!"<_o3a_p>
  • Vicente Villarreal, 3rd grade, Madera - No gas, switch to electric."<_o3a_p>
  • Victoria Isabella Silva, 4th grade, Madera - "Keep air clean!"<_o3a_p>
  • Alexandra Diaz Chavez, 10th grade, Stockton - "Breathe Clean Air"<_o3a_p>
  • Aashvi Praveen Bhimaneni, 4th grade, Tracy - "Walking and biking every day keeps air pollution away."<_o3a_p>
  • Jack Stone, 5th grade, Clovis - "Quiet machines, happy skies!"<_o3a_p>
  • Carlos Equihua-Morales, 2nd grade, Modesto - "Clean you're A/C. Don't let it get dirty and dusty."<_o3a_p>
  • Vivien Tath, 3rd grade, Modesto - "Switch to electric."<_o3a_p>
  • Harper, 3rd grade, Gustine - "Ride your bike or skateboard to school."<_o3a_p>
  • Scottland Reed, 6th grade, - "Go Greener and you can breathe cleaner."<_o3a_p>
  • Odette Flores, 4h grade, Clovis - "Be part of the solution, not the pollution. Go electric"."<_o3a_p>
  • Alanis Leyva, 6th grade, Bakersfield- "Go green and keep it clean."<_o3a_p>
  • Dalilah Guzman, 6th grade, Hanford - "Help keep our air clean…ride electric to school." <_o3a_p>

The free calendars are distributed to schools, community groups, healthcare facilities, churches, civic organizations, non-profits, and individuals upon request, while supplies last. <_o3a_p>
