Summary
The Standards and Calibration for American Leadership in Engineering Biology (SCALE Biology) Act establishes a biometrology program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to advance measurement science, technical standards, and research for engineering biology, biomanufacturing, and biotechnology.
