Notice of Extension of Online Banking Service Hours

To provide customers with more comprehensive and convenient online banking services, effective from 23 May 2026, Chong Hing Bank (the "Bank") will extend the service hours of certain online platform services as follows:

Details of Service Hours for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

Currency Linked Investment - FX Swap (newly added in 2026): Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Currency Linked Deposit: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 8:00 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Foreign Exchange: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:30 am to 10:00 pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Fixed Deposit: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:30 am to 9:00 pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
